PHYSICAL EDUCATION WITH A PURPOSE
At CAP PE, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality physical education and the physical, social, and emotional benefits of movement.
Our instructors deliver structured, school-based PE classes where students develop fundamental movement skills, improve physical fitness, experience a variety of activities and sports, and learn to work successfully with others.
Our approach goes beyond physical skills. Each PE lesson is intentionally designed to reinforce teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, perseverance, responsibility, confidence, and leadership.
